These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://amanprint.com and https://shop.amanprint.com (the “Website”), operated by Aman Print & Pack LLP (“Aman Print”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, placing an order or clicking an acceptance button where provided, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the applicable Website policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may discontinue using the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, buyers and individuals or businesses placing orders through our Website or other authorised communication channels, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order.
If you place an order on behalf of a company, individual, business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that entity and accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Products & Descriptions
We manufacture packaging (such as Clearo PP and PET boxes) and provide customised printed packaging on order.
Product specifications, including material, dimensions, thickness, printing options, colours, finishes, packaging formats and other technical details, will be communicated through the relevant product listing, quotation or order confirmation, as applicable.
Minimum/Maximum order quantities, where applicable, will be specified on the relevant product page or communicated during the quotation process.
Certain products may be customised according to customer requirements. The availability of customisation options is subject to technical feasibility, material availability and our manufacturing capabilities.
3. Website Policies
We try to display product images, sizes and colours accurately. Minor variations in colour, print shade, dimensions and finish (including but not limited to) may occur due to screen settings and the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Product images, illustrations, mock-ups and samples are provided for reference purposes. Actual products may have minor variations due to differences in materials, printing technology, production methods and manufacturing conditions. Such variations will be assessed against the specifications agreed upon for the relevant order.
Product availability is subject to stock. We may limit or discontinue any product without notice.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, materials or available options from time to time. However, changes will be communicated where they materially affect an already confirmed order.
The third-party or client logos present on our website may or may not be associated with us at this moment. Though we take steps to keep the website updated, such discrepancies may remain sometimes. We are not responsible for (including but not limited to) damage, misunderstandings, loss, threat or vulnerability caused by such discrepancies.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product images and brand references displayed on the Website are used for identification, illustrative, portfolio or reference purposes, where applicable. Their appearance does not necessarily imply an active partnership, endorsement, sponsorship or current business association with Aman Print & Pack LLP.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our Website updated. If you believe any third-party material has been displayed incorrectly or without appropriate authorisation, please contact us at mail@amanprint.com.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are accepted through Razorpay via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and other methods available at checkout.
Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and prices displayed on our Website are accurate, pricing errors or technical discrepancies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors, update prices or modify product pricing without prior notice.
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee its acceptance. Orders are subject to payment verification, product availability and confirmation by Aman Print & Pack LLP.
In the event of an incorrect charge, failed transaction or payment-related issue, customers may contact us at mail@amanprint.com for assistance.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our order confirmation.
For customised or bulk orders, pricing may be provided through a separate quotation based on the required product specifications, materials, printing requirements, quantities, artwork, production costs and delivery arrangements.
Unless otherwise specified in the quotation, quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation itself. Any changes to the agreed specifications, quantities, artwork or production requirements may result in revised pricing.
Where advance or milestone payments are required for customised orders, the applicable payment schedule will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.
In the event of a payment deduction without successful order confirmation, customers should contact us with the relevant transaction reference.
5. Custom & Printed Orders
For customised orders, you are responsible for providing correct artwork, text, logos, sizes and quantities. Production begins only after you approve the final proof or sample. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, design or content that you approved.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, trademark or artwork you send us. We won’t be responsible against any claim of intellectual property infringement arising from your artwork.
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, artwork files, text, colours, dimensions, specifications and other production details before providing final approval. Approval can be provided through the communication channel authorised by Aman Print & Pack LLP.
Once final approval is received and production begins, requests for changes, corrections or modifications may not be accepted. If such changes are technically possible, additional costs and production delays may apply.
Any physical sample, digital proof or mock-up approved by the customer will serve as the agreed production reference, subject to the manufacturing tolerances and variations communicated for the order.
Aman Print & Pack LLP shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete or low-resolution artwork, incorrect product specifications or other information supplied or approved by the customer.
Customers must ensure that their supplied artwork, designs, logos, text and other materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Aman Print & Pack LLP reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any order involving unlawful, misleading, offensive or unauthorised content.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping addresses, contact numbers and other delivery information. Additional shipping charges, re-delivery costs or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer, where applicable and legally permissible.
We may use third-party courier, transportation and logistics partners to fulfil deliveries. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, production completion, dispatch schedules, destination and logistics partner operations.
Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments where operationally necessary. Any applicable additional charges or delivery arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
Customers are advised to inspect delivered packages upon receipt and report visible transit damage, shortages or incorrect deliveries to us promptly, along with relevant photographs, packaging details and order information.
Responsibility for loss or damage during transportation will be determined in accordance with the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.
7. User Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information while creating or maintaining your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, unauthorised access, violation of these Terms or other unlawful conduct.
We may also suspend or discontinue account services where necessary for security, technical maintenance or legal compliance.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the Website’s security, or to copy or misuse its content.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, databases or connected systems.
- Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised information.
- Use the Website to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of business or profit.
We shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information, specifications or artwork supplied or approved by the customer, unauthorised use of customer accounts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at all times.
You agree to hold harmless Aman Print & Pack LLP, its partners, employees and authorised representatives against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights through materials supplied by you, breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, power failures or transport disruptions.
Other such events may include fire, floods, machinery breakdowns, raw material shortages, supplier disruptions, internet or telecommunications failures and restrictions imposed by government authorities.
Where a force majeure event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and resume performance when circumstances permit. If the disruption continues for an extended period, the parties may mutually discuss revised delivery arrangements or cancellation, subject to the agreed order terms and applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
